    Visiting Information

    Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 5.00pm

    Saturday: 9.30am - 1.00pm

    Sunday: Closed

    Pedestrian Access

    Monday - Sunday: 8.00am - 6.00pm

    Car Access (The grounds are accessible by car during the times outlined below only.)

    Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM - 15:30 PM
    Saturday: 09:30 AM - 11:30 AM (No access on bank holiday weekend)
    Sunday & Bank Holiday: No Access 

    Parking for up to 30 cars is available within the main gate at Glasnevin Cemetery for €2.00 per hour.

    There is further paid parking available by the St. Paul's section of the cemetery (located on the opposite side of the road to the main entrance) for a flat fee of €2.00.

    By Bus

    A number of buses stop at the entrance of Glasnevin Cemetery: 9, 4, 40, 140 and 155.

    By Train

    The Drumcondra rail station is located approximately 1 mile / 1.7 km from our main gate (20 minutes walk)

    Visitors are welcome to attend to their loved ones graves and memorials in accordance with Government Guidelines on gatherings, social distancing, non-essential travel and facemasks. The cemetery is open but staff appointments and on-site services may be restricted, in line with Government policy.
